BRIEF Palm Springs style. RESPONSE: We used interesting colours, Palm Springs style, with bright yellows and blues, for this new home build in Queensland. The well known healthy living advocate owner will use the kitchen for cooking segments on TV so we placed a huge focus on this area. Working to a tight budget we made a feature of a simple white tile by using yellow grout to create a sunny and bright indoor/outdoor feel which is perfect for the location. In the bathrooms a simple white tile was also made a feature using blue grout to tie back to the front door.
