BRIEF: A new build for developers who wanted to set a new benchmark in design for the area. Sable Lodge was one of two houses, side-by-side, being designed simultaneously to be contrasting yet complement. RESPONSE: Textured high end finishes and highly detailed joinery design throughout combined to create a modern farmhouse aesthetic. Taking a risk with a brave colour palette of black, green and terracotta created a bold new look for the location.
